Superheroes and politics are my twin peaks; two great loves I pursue in infinite ways throughout a lifetime!

 

The term " superhero " is a uniquely American expression and sums up our expansive vision of self.

 

Politics too is a perfect vehicle for expansive selves to find expression so joining the two makes sense- at least to me!

 

" Creative activism " is what I've called non-partisan ingenuity applied to Old School standards like civil defense; civic duty and specifically in the real life superhero ( RLSH ) community, crime prevention and homeless outreach,

 

" Creative patriotism " is what I call decidedly partisan ingenuity applied to Old School standards like being Republican ( that's me ); Democrat or Independent.

 

The same applies to openly promoting political philosophies. in my case conservatism and others run the gamut form liberalism to nihilism.   

 

I called myself " Cap Black " to share my life long use of personal responsibility ( being ones own captain or leader ) and  B-l-a-c-k represents daily promotion of these five values: Brotherhood-Loyalty-Ability-Courage-Kindness.

 

Superheroes; conservatism and creative patriotism inform my response to the Post-Crack inner city & socialist infiltrated country.

 

Our founding principles and heroic fiction, combined with faith and imagination will provide what I term  " Values Heroes " who will first save America and then the world.

 

That's the message superheroes; conservatism and creative patriotism gives me! :)

Bro Andrew, I feel the " super hero approach " is just what's needed to show even more Americans the super principles powering this country- ESPECIALLY in these dark days! Icons like Doc Savage ( picture above ); Superman & Batman were created to give hope during great economic and political unrest.

 

Can we do less now, with all the cretaive content we're now blessed to have at our finger tips?! :)
