Against the background of a darkening sky, all of the past Presidents of the United States gather before the White House, as if to commemorate some great event. In the left hand corner of the painting sits a man. That man, with his head bowed appears distraught and hopeless as he contemplates his future. Some of the past Presidents…
President Obama has once again violated the Constitution – making "recess" appointments when the Senate is not in recess. He brazenly stated, "I refuse to take 'no' for an answer." This move by President Obama is unprecedented and unconstitutional.
The American people have had enough. In just a matter of days, nearly 40,000 Americans have joined the ACLJ in taking a stand for the Constitution. Take a stand with us.
[On May 15, 1776, the Virginia Convention "resolved unanimously that the delegates appointed to represent this colony in General Congress be instructed to propose to that respectable body to declare the United Colonies free and independent states . . . [and] that a committee be appointed to prepare a DECLARATION OF RIGHTS and . . . plan of government." R. H. Lee's resolution of June 7, 1776,…
OPEN LETTER TO YOUNG TEACHERS.
(from a scatterbrained grandmother)
Ladies you have sent most of your life in a classroom and dreamed about working in one. You became a Professional to do so. That's wonderful, but limiting. There is so much involved in teaching that most of us don't see. Assessing a child's learning level… Continue

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.
Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the…Continue
There comes a point in time when one must decide "what is valauble for him/her". Our Founding Fathers decided with the help of Pslm 35 we had to gain our freedom from Great Britian knowing there would be great sacrifices to pay. They were not deterred because they knew God was on our side. So we challenged the mightiest military of that time, with essentially 3,000,000 farmers and no military. We all know the outcome of this Great Decision.

Thirty-nine of the fifty-five delegates, who attended the Constitutional Convention, signed the United States Constitution on September 17, 1787, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. No delegate from Rhode Island signed the document, since the state declined to send a representative. In addition to the 39 delegates, the convention's secretary William Jackson also signed the document, not as a delegate, but in attestation of the document's signing.
The 22nd Amendment set a limit on the number of times a President could be elected - two four-year terms. It has one exception for a Vice-President who assumes the Presidency after the death or removal of the President, establishing the maximum term of any President to 10 years.
The 23rd Amendment grants the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) the right to three electors in Presidential elections.
The 11th Amendment more clearly defines the original jurisdiction of the Supreme Court concerning a suit brought against a state by a citizen of another state.
The 12th Amendment redefines how the President and Vice-President are chosen by the Electoral College, making the two positions cooperative, rather than first and second highest vote-getters. It also ensures that anyone who becomes Vice-President must be eligible to become President.
In over 200 years we have had only 1 form of government while France in the same time frame has had 15 different forms of Government. In the 20th century alone Afghanistan has had 5, Poland 7 since 1921, and Russia 4 since 1917.
Today we have 192 nations in the UN. This number can and does goes up or down by one taking over another , or one breaking away from another. AMERICA is the only country not to experience a revolution every 30 - 40 years. Why Would We Want To…Continue
