- I exercise my right to not sign an agreement of membership or loyalty with any party or group. That allows me to keep my focus in my family and community. My aim is to get people to attend in observance or participate by applying via "open appointments" public meetings, councils and boards at all levels; city, school district, county, state and federal. Watch public broadcasting... write letters or visit their offices... it is a way to participate and be educated while doing so...
